I came in for a quick tune up on the roller blades and even though the kind gent at the counter (Kyle) mentioned they didn’t specialize in blades, he was happy to help with getting my bearings swapped and wheels rotated. Great spot, amazing customer service, highly recommend!
Shopped online. I phoned first to inquire about the item and the person on the phone was very helpful. The parcel arrived promptly and was expertly packed and exactly as described. I would shop at Birling again in a heartbeat. It's great to interact with people who really seem to care about your customer experience.
