We found the movers through a recommendation and my wife and I are very satisfied. Communication was precise and detailed, they showed up few minutes early and rolled the floor runners, did the walk around and immediately started the move. Very little talk in-between and did not complain about the many stairs. The trucks were clean and 2 gents were well groomed (non - smokers). I already recommended them to another family member. Merci!
Had a move with Erick and his team. Everything went very well. The movers were quick and professional. I had a bedframe headboard that unfortunately could not fit in the elevator. The team brought it down through the stairs without complaining. Highly recommended!
Erick and his crew moved my apartment from one city to another (long distance), and it was the smoothest and easiest move I've ever experienced. They were incredibly friendly, careful, quick, and professional - everything you could ask for. I had experienced some logistical problems with the apartment building I was leaving and had to change my plans last minute. Erick was incredibly understanding and accommodating, which makes all the difference in a stressful situation. I would 100% recommend hiring Beba for your move - they're phenomenal.
Two tired men and a truck. The job was not completed, some items were damaged and in the end we were held hostage for payment. Eric arrived an hour late at 3 pm. and the job was not finished until nearly 10 pm. You could tell that he and his partner were exhausted, working slowly and complaining about a long day. Good thing I noticed that they were avoiding the large items in the shed because their plan was to leave these behind. We had to negotiate which items could be moved. There was no offer to return the next day or to schedule another short move for the remainder of our boxes. We will have to rent a van to finish the job ourselves or get another mover in. Arriving across town, only the first few items were moved into their rooms, the rest were left piled high and deep in the front room. While being moved, two valuable antique pieces of furniture were dropped at the threshold. Meanwhile it was -20 and the double entry doors were open for about 3 hours. When we tried to keep the inside door closed a bit, opening it as needed, Eric complained. We froze and some of our plants died. At the end of the long day, Eric refused to leave the house when I could not pay immediately by e transfer (internet was sporadic and a bill not offered). Let’s be clear, Eric stood in our hallway threatening to remain until he was paid in cash. When asked he would not wait in his truck. Luckily my daughter sent the transfer for me otherwise I would have been finding a cash machine at 10 pm. F.Y.I. I thought of calling the police to have him removed. I wish I had. I was very disappointed and you will be too
Booked last minute with Beba, after another company acted very unprofessionally. Erick’s communication was helpful, friendly, straightforward, and transparent. He made it easy to understand pricing, and he made it easy to book. Speaking of pricing: firmly amongst the most affordable I could find! I’m SO glad I found this company. On move day Erick and Ipoh were punctual, friendly, polite, professional, efficient, and very respectful of my belongings. Additionally, they were amenable to being as quiet as possible, so as to not wake the baby sleeping in the house. They used floor runners, mattress bags, wrapped all my furniture, and removed their footwear without being asked. I would heartily recommend this company to anyone who needs a move. I’m a person who’s fairly picky, and somewhat hard to please, and I was very happy with my experience, from first email, to final box unloading.
Cannot find the exact words to describe the hardwork and perseverance they showed yesterday moving me. I had heavy furniture and pathway was all snow / ice but the 2 gentleman (Eric and Ipoh) did a fantastic job. And the price was very reasonable too. I will happily recommend them to anyone.
