We went to Barrhaven Ford to replace an old commuter car. We knew exactly what we wanted, and Jeff Pleet helped us get it. Overall, our buying experience was very easy and stress free. Everyone we dealt with was unfailingly polite. Post-sale, one forgotten add-on was quickly dealt with. When the time comes, we wont hesitate to bring the truck back for maintenance. We purchased a new Ford 150 Lariat yesterday and we were very impressed. Charlene came out of her office to thank us for our business and asked if we were excited about picking up our truck. The General Manager [Mark] also thanked us for our business. Our Sales Manager [Mike] was awesome and our truck was delivered as promised. The truck looked like a million dollars all clean and polished. Mike introduced us to the Service Manager [Dave] and he said to contact him if there were any issues.
