The heating is terrible, the arena is small but still have the homely small atmosphere.
This place is great for leisure and lessons in their pool. Good parking. Ramps for wheelchair accessibility. Only one room meant for one single parent to change opposite gender child ie, if you're a single father changing your daughter over 6 years old you have to race to get that one room. Friendly (young) staff. Leisure swim is cheap same as the other city run pools. If you're in the area it's worth trying it out!

Pretty basic rec center but it is we equipped. The area which is what I used had good sized change room and the bleachers in the rink were nicely heated and even had LCD TVs hanging from the ceiling.
Ice is excellent here ... still working towards my first career hattrick.
No restaurant in a facility where competitive teams play. Come on city of Ottawa!! Cheers
