I have had the worst experience ever at this place. First of all I wish I can give this place minus point for customer service and making customer comfortable. secondly, this place is fraud, they ripped me off with charge they made me pay for services I had there. The amount of time and money I had to give people like you is not worth it at all. Be true from beginning and put all right information about charges in front of customer beforehand. it is not legal to make customer pay tax on cash, I will make sure legal authorities see this and I will make you pay for all your doings.

It’s been a few times I go to this place and every time I go to Jiny, I’m really happy with her. She really takes the time and work her best. I bring my daughter too now. She is also so nice, kind and pleasant. Thank you Jiny, I always love my nails
I've going to artistic nails & spa for under 3 years now. I walked in randomly and it was amazing and I've stayed ever since. Service is amazing and they always deal with how particular I am with my design so I really really appreciate that. They hook me up for my birthday this year and it is amazing I'd like to thank Jiny for hooking me up to the max thank you so much see you soon.
I have never been more discontented by a nail salon! The quality of the shellac is dreadful; it started peeling less than a week after being done! The artificial nails used for my set were flimsy and ended up chipping off, also less than a week prior. I don’t want to get started on the despicable attitude of the employees as well as the manager herself, but in conclusion I truly felt like I was a burden and I definitely won’t be returning!
Love my nails I had done by Cindy. I have been going to Artistic Nails for over 4 years and would highly recommend them. Salon is clean, comfortable and everyone is friendly. Every time I get my nails done, I am always complemented on how nice they look.
Jiny is great and very professional, my nails look so good. The service there is amazing, she made them Look just exactly the way I wanted it to look. This is my second time there and the customer service is just great.
My daughter and I went in today for pedicures with two gift certificates we received for Christmas. When we went to give our certificates we were told the price had gone up 5 and we had to pay. I said you need to honour the gift certificates, nope they would not. Will never return here again. So disappointing.
This was my first time getting acrylics. I had gone to artistic nails before to get pedicures and was pleased with that service. My friends and I wanted to get acrylics so I deemed it a good idea to go to artistic nails. The lady doing my nails was very nice and made sure that I liked every aspect of the nails (length, shape colour, thickness, etc.) several times throughout the whole process. I ended up really liking the final product and then whole experience at artistic nails. My friend on the other hand did not like her nails (she has a different lady doing her nails). We were supposed to end up with almost the same thing but the end products are very different. Anyways, I am very pleased with my nails and will definitely be going back to artistic nails for my next set.
