I have recently moved into this building, while physical distancing measures have been in place. The CLV group was wonderful and we were able to complete the leasing process all online. Brooke was especially helpful throughout this entire process. She answered all my questions about this property and others within the CLV group. She also was able to arrange for me to go and see the apartment alone and she was available by phone to answer any questions. Very happy to be renting with them and hope to continue to have such positive experiences!

I recently moved here, and i find the building great and well located. Madison was really fast and helpful during the leasing process.
David made the apartment hunt easy and Kirsten guided us seamlessly through the leasing procedure. The unit has nice modern finishes and appliances, and a good central location for city living.
I lived in this building for four years and enjoyed my experience. The staff were very friendly and I had few issues with the unit. The units are renovated and reasonably priced for the location. CLV group was a professional company that was quick to reply to any concerns that I had.
Beautiful building, newly renovated, large balconies. Loved the gas stove- great for cooking. Dishwasher was a great bonus!! Rental agent was really helpful and showed us multiple options, it was great to get to pick our favourite!!
