I contacted Appliance Technician, and Pavlo was able to come in the following day and figured out the issue right away. He was able to order the required piece to be replaced and came the next day to install it. Super fast service and I really do appreciate his professionalism and kindness! It very hard to go a couple days without a fridge and he was able to make this headache go away. 100% would recommend!

We HIGHLY recommend this company! We had excellent service. The repairmen observed all Covid19 protocols, were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. Will definitely use them again if/when another appliance breaks. The spring broke on the door of my very old wall oven. Appliance Technician came, examined it and ordered replacement springs from the manufacturer. When the springs arrived, two technicians came. The manufacturer sent springs according to my model number but they had an extra flange. It was determined this was all that is available. The guys tried and tried to get the hinges to fit, even tried filing the flange off. Nothing worked, but they tried their best. In the end I will have to replace the oven but we were only charged for the initial diagnostic visit, the rest of the money we had paid was refunded! Our sincere thanks to Appliance Technician Ltd.
