This may be the worst Alterna branch I've been to, out of 8 I'm used to good service with Alterna, but this made me consider banking with a big 6 bank. Its not as good as the Billings or South Keys location or Toronto.

Can never get a hold of them by phone. I've called for entire mornings with no pickups, staff has gone downhill. Lots more to complain about.
