The price they charge is reasonable and the space given is acceptable. I understand why you had wooden racks at the floor of the storage room but it would have been preferable if the wooden racks have no space within each rack and in between the racks as well.
Excellent service both at the time of taking possession of the unit and departure of the unit. Unit was very clean and plenty of wood pallets for my items. The unit is also elevated so no water ever came into the unit. Best bang for your buck. Everywhere else was over 200/month more expensive. Also a huge benefit is that they will charge you pro-rated for the rental.
