Highly recommend Sun Hills Riding Centre! We had absolutely an amazing horse back riding here and enjoyed the fabulous view along the trail. Sherry and Dave are extremely friendly, both super professional and informative. Not even mentioned that they are really humorous too, they treated us like their friends. Even if you are beginner, don’t worry because they will patiently show you how till you get it, trust me it’s really not that hard. Our horse were really cute and are trained well by the hosts. Each horse has their own story and Sherry will share it to you one by one in very detailed. Believe me you all will love it and I feel so touched seeing they put all their heart to bring a home for the horses. Can’t wait for our next visit and would definitely spend more time here!

We had a wonderful experience at Sun Hills Riding Centre! The horses are happy and well taken care of. Dave and Sherry are incredibly welcoming, and you can tell they love what they do. They introduced us to all of the horses individually, and then paired us with the best horse for our experience. They make sure the whole group is confident and comfortable before hitting the trail, where you have a beautiful view of the landscape and valley. The experience was not rushed in any way and was very relaxing, lots of fun and something we’ll remember for years to come. Highly recommend Sun Hills for your next activity!
So much fun! Sherry and Dave were great hosts, they spent a lot of time making sure we had the basic commands down before embarking on our adventure, and made sure everyone was on the right horse. Beautiful scenic ride through the sage and antelope brush...we even got to see a herd of deer! Our boys aged 9 and 13 had never been on a trail ride before and they can’t wait to go again! The horses are very well loved...we’ll definitely be back!
My experience with Sun Hills Riding was really great. My mom and I went out for the day and she took me to this horse ranch. Dave met us there and he took us up in the hills for a one and a half hour ride. He is really nice and personable, and I could tell that he really likes his job. It was my first time riding, and I had a super fun time. I also had a very nice, sweet horse. I would definitely go to Sun Hills again!
Was a fantastic experience, especially for a couple friends of ours who have never ridden before! The owners were fantastic and really had a love for their animals! Horses were extremely well cared for and loved! Just wish we had more time to get up into the hills! We definitely will be back!
