We booked a pontoon boat for a 35th birthday and planned our weekend away around this event. We tried calling the company a day and 2 days before, and nobody picked up the phone or called us back. Someone called us THE DAY OF our rental and said “sorry the boat is damaged and we are cancelling”. We asked what our options were and were provided with none. I responded if they had to cancel a planned booking, they needed a back up plan. He said “you obviously don’t understand how things work”. I then asked him to call other companies to book us in and he told me to call and book myself. Absolute disrespectful and disgusting treatment of a customer. I asked to speak to a manager or owner and he told me his owner is in the hospital with cancer. What kind of employee uses this kind of excuse whether it’s true or not? Have some class. Absolutely horrendous service. Way to ruin a weekend @osoyoosmarinerentals. Terrible.
They promised us a larger speed boat for 9 people. We showed up and they only had a pontoon. Told us to go for two hours and come back and get the bigger boat for the other two hours... We came back in two hours and told us oh we only have the smaller boat. They mislead us and made us waste and pay for a boat we didn't want... Also they told us the price is all in but it turned out gas was extra... They rip you off just to come down. Don't waste your time.
Jordi is a liar and a flake. He is big on BS and short on integrity. If you have to do business with him make sure you get it in writing. His lack of professionalism not only reflects poorly on him but also on the City of Osoyoos who awarded him the right to run his business out of their marina.
