I often buy products from this shop but after my latest experience I will never shop there again. I inadvertently bought an item that was missing the plastic protection around the lid. I discovered this when I got home. I went back looking for it to be replaced with a safe item. I was told that it was open and they don’t sell products that are open. No amount of arguing would get the owner to understand. So I’m out 50. No customer service at all.

If I could give a rating of zero I would. The owners were extremely unpleasant and would not let me return a purchase I made even though their sign says they accept returns within 14 days. I suggest going to First Choice Health foods on the same block as they were wonderful to deal with.
Conchita gives me invaluable advice. I can phone her any time if I have any questions. She gives me ongoing support. Such fantastic products that I can’t find in any other health food stores. The prices are very good too. If you were visiting or live in Osoyoos I highly recommend you pop in to see Conchita.
