I am came in here looking for a chair, but what I gained was so much more... I gained useful health advice and ended up receiving a priceless OSIM massage chair that I can use consistently. From start to the delivery it was great service. The service at OSIM Aberdeen was exceptional. I truly felt welcome and would recommend everyone to visit and try the experience. Retail shopping has always been so boring, but the unique customer experience at Aberdeen was absolutely lovely. Thank you Aberdeen team for making me one happy customer!

I am writing to commend the excellent service I have received from Christopher Chen. I spoke to Chris a few weeks ago about repairing my U-Jolly which I purchased at the end of Nov 2017. I live in Victoria and although the U-Jolly was giving me issues since before Nov 2017, I didn’t call earlier as I didn’t know how I could get it in for repair. Chris was very helpful and kind. When I expressed my disappointment at having to possibly pay for replacement of parts even though I had just missed the 2 year deadline by a few weeks, he spoke to his supervisor and was able to offer a one time free parts replacement. He was very sympathetic to the fact that I would have to go to Vancouver to drop off the U-Jolly for repair. We dropped the U-Jolly off on Jan 5, 2020 and called on Jan 20 to find out the progress of the repairs. I spoke to Chris again and he said the technician won’t have it repaired until next week. This was a problem for us as we were planning to take the car this weekend and bring the U-Jolly back. It would be too expensive to take the car again the following weekend but we couldn’t possibly pick up the U-Jolly without the car. Chris very kindly offered to ship the U-Jolly back to me in Victoria. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am that he is willing to do this. I have always had a good impression of OSIM and was saving up to get an OSIM massage chair (the actual chair) but I was having doubts when my U-Jolly started to break down within 2 years. However experiencing such excellent customer service from Chris has restored my faith in OSIM. When I receive excellent service that goes above and beyond, I want to recognize it. Chris Chen is a credit to OSIM.

Beware! If you try to call their customer service hotline, good luck to you. Never have people answer the phone call except the payment option. People work there are not professional, they can’t help you if you have any problem of your massage chair. They don’t even give you the staff number or name. NEVER will buy product from them!
