I seem to like this place. I've always been able to find what I need, great prices and good quality. The store associates always take their time to greet me and ask if I need anything which is super helpful when I'm in a rush. My only wish is that they would carry more quantity of popular sized shoes.

Customer service is very bad ... never seen that in any Carter's store. When you ask for something they don't know what your talking about and most of the time it's about sizing or stock. The only answer they are able to give is "sorry store he's too small we don't have everything" Store have a tons of stuff ... they just are too lazy to show customer different alternative and to busy to talk with her friends. It's was the closest one to our home now but perfer to buy online or to drive the New Westmister location if really need. We was needed a store on the North Shore but manager and staff are very bad ... NO MORE

If only I could give this store a 0 star, I would as even one star is too much for TERRIBLE customer service! NINA, one of the associates knows nothing about her job and asked me not to come to the store anymore! Can you believe that? She obviously has issues and hates doing returns. She is only nice if you are shopping and spending in the store. Be extra cautious if you are shopping here! They will ruin your day if they can. I had none of this experience before in any other oshkosh store. They would go out of their way to serve their customers..
