Such a terrible experience at Walmart today. I and my two other friends shopping for some grocery and a couple of beers. Even though it was clearly EVIDENT that we all were adults, we were given such a hard time. Also, considering that only one of us was standing with the Cashier ( who had his ID ) and I had a picture of mine in my phone if they needed. Apparently, that wasn’t enough.. Since we were “Together” . Raina, the cashier asked my friends if we had our ids on us , since we were standing apart.. And when we said, “Not on us!” Without saying a word or explaining anything, she left her spot (to talk to a Manager which was fair enough) but no communication left us unattended and not sure what the problem was! Thomas, another Cashier at least took the time to explain that it was a policy and since we ALL didn’t have ids on us, even though he acknowledged that he realizes we are adults.. I asked if we were to leave the store, and my friend was to come in by himself, Would he be okay? And they said Yes, but he would have to wait in the line! That left me so disappointed as it was just not right! For one second, I understand the protocol of the company, the fact that we were left with no communication or at least if Raina could have explained the company policy before escalating the policy and making - Three adults look totally clueless and weird! Never visiting this location again..

I have used both delivery and curbside now and have been let down each time with the exception of a scruples of orders. The order completely disappeared, things went yo the wrong address, things were missing or waiting 30 minutes past pickup time to be told that there was something missing in hhe order. Going back to the real Canadian Super Store

Just The Truth

Today April 30 at or about 1245 pm we had a unpleasant experience with the Laval Walmart in Oshawa. I called the number posted on the pick-up billboard in the parking lot. The lady that answered the phone (Geena) was very rude and not professional at all. She was very difficult to understand , she said something to the other lady that was with her in a different language and hung the phone up on me in the middle of our conversation. All I was trying to do was understand what had happened to my online order. I requested to have a manager called so I could file a complaint on the customer service experience I had with this lady. So when I called back she again answered the phone, being rude she hands the phone off to another employee that had no idea what was going on. When I asked her if she was the manager, she responded by saying "" no , I'm not sure where the manager is"" I asked her if I could have the number to the manager she hands the phone off to another man.(3rd time) So I asked if he was the manager he told me no. I asked him why he came on the phone he rudely said maybe I can help. I told him we where beyond the help he could give me and wanted them to direct me to. the manager. He tried to belittle me by saying," maybe they are on lunch, because sometimes they have to eat to"" !! And again he hangs up on me . ... I thought to myself does this guy think he is going to pull the wool over my eyes or what!!. Wow I will never buy online or in store at this location ever again.
