The family is loving the meals from Rampant Chef. We are coming up on week 4. I order enough for 5 nights of dinners each week. My husband and son eat the large portion for dinner, but I split my meal and get a lunch and dinner. This eliminates a lot of stress on what to prepare for dinner and reduces the trips to the grocery store. Delicious flavours and variety.

ABSOLUTELY LIFE CHANGING! Such a dramatic thing to say but I mean it. Found this company during covid on a FB site supporting local restaurants and decided to check it out. We have ordered about 3 weeks now and have loved every meal, absolutely delicious. My husband and I order the triple portion every week and then split them in half and we take them for lunches at work. Also friendly tip, for those who work on the road order yourself a \heated lunch box\ on Amazon to heat these delicious meals. You will not regret it. No more expensive take out that leaves you feeling bloated and gross - lovely healthy meals on the go that make life so much better.

Trying out his meals service was the best idea I've had in a long time! I have been a customer for a couple months now and have enjoyed every meal I've had. Meals are nutritious, taste amazing, and are reasonably priced. Definitely give it a try if you're thinking of using a meal prep service!

Emailed in asking for a special request to prepare meals and pay in advance as a gesture for some people we know that were in an accident and live in Oshawa. Rampant chef was quick to respond and willing to work out a plan to make it happen. We didn't end up using their service as plans changed, but would definitely recommend working with this company.
