Thanks guys! Came in today for my birthday month coupon, and not only was there a nice selection to choose from, but staff was friendly and prompt. I was greeted just after walking through the door with a happy sounding voice and eye contact. I’ve been here many times as I luckily live close, and it’s always been a nice experience. This store offers tasty bagel and sandwiches that are affordable. They even offer combo meals for breakfast or lunch so you will enjoy your bagel or sandwich with a cup of amazing coffee or your preferred drinks. They have quick service and friendly attendant staffs. The place is clean and tidy, and most importantly, they practice Covid19 safety precautions. I definitely enjoyed my quick stop for french toast and coffee. Thank you! I will be back to try other meal deal.
Asked for a double toasted bagel. It came completely black and hard. I had asked for a new bagel but they sold out of my flavour to the person behind me. Did not offer me money back in return for inedible food. Truly dissapointed considering I spent 16 dollars on two bagels. Worst experience I have ever had at Great Canadian Bagel. If you serve inedible food, you should at least offer the money back to the individual. In response to the owner's slightly naueve reply, I also find people who argue with a customers bad experience slightly tacky and unprofessional. You don't need to be defensive about bad reviews to do better. Your "perfect staff" actually was exceedingly rude to me while you qere busy with another customer. You were not aware of the way they spoke to me, rolled their eyes and did not take the opportunity to offer my money back. Your response to this review set in stone that there are plenty of other locations of such an amazing bagel chain, this is not the one to support. If you are rude and defensive to your upset clients, you will get bad reviews. Here is a lesson for you.
Had a coupon that was only valid for buy 6 get 6 free for over the weekend. Went in Saturday to a very scarce selection. Went back Sunday to the same very scarce selection. Wasnt able to buy anything. Very unimpressed, used to be such a great place, what happened?
Yummy as always! Jalapeño cheddar bagel with Jalapeño lite cream cheese and lettuce with tomato toasted. Fresh and friendly stuff. Love this place. And always clean.
LOVE the staff here! They are always so friendly, order is 100% every time, and rarely any wait. Way better than any drive through nearby. Quick and easy! Homemade cream cheese is a must!!
Best bagels ever. Nothing else comes close. The cheddar jalapeño is one of my favourites. The chocolate chip bagel is really nice toasted with butter. Growing up my mom would buy a dozen bagels for us kids to have at the house. Now I enjoy getting a bagel and cream cheese some mornings because they do it best
