I'm so glad that I finally found a place I can take my phone that provides me with an enjoyable, positive, and effective experience. I came in with a brand new Iphone 12 that had a broken camera and flashlight. Ryan was amazing to work with and was able to get it fixed fast. He was really good at explaining what was going on and very polite when dealing with my phone. All the staff seemed amazing, and I will definitely be going back here specifically to deal with Ryan. Very pleased :).

Ryan is most certainly the best Apple Repair Technician I've encountered in my over 10years of being an Apple customer. He is friendly, and takes the time to thoroughly explain the process, so you're not left with unanswered questions.
