Best dental experience I've ever had. Friendly staff who look like they love their job. I felt like I wanted to work there! I met two dentists and they were both friendly and professional. Chelsea the hygienist was lovely and did a superb job. I'm bringing a family member next month too. Keep up the great work Taunton Village. You're a breath of fresh air

I'm pleased with service and customer centred experience that I have witnessed at this place. More important is the accommodating team of staff that goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. So far so good with the a big smile Finally I can smile again because of the magical work of Dr. Abid and his hardworking team at the dental clinic that made it all happen. I'm very pleased with the results and the five stars service at this place. July 3rd 2018 was the one year anniversary of when I lost my two upper left side teeth along with a fractured forearm due to a careless male driver in Oshawa. Those missing teeth were replaced with implants on Tuesday by Dr Abid and I'm very thankful for this remarkable service.
If you'll notice it says they open at 6am, but my boyfriend had an appointment there today at 6 that he drove in a snowstorm to get to, only to have them fully just ignore him. One employee sitting at the desk and one even showing up while he was sitting there. He called from the parking lot, three different phone numbers, and the employees didn't even pick up the phone or come unlock the door, there wasn't even a voicemail to leave a message. He did this from 545 to 630 before finally giving up. Great work Taunton Village Dental!!!
The manager - think her name is Sherry? gives you lip service (not my first interaction with her) I had sooo many issues with the doctor who put all these implants. I was told again and again to no worry but I knew they didn't feel right - Now I am left with bad implants. The office is busy, a lot of different girls working, and really no ones knows what they are doing. The wait times are ridiculous - NEVER going there again. Also PLEASE FOLLOW COVID PROTOCOLS!!
I know because of covid-19 we need to take more precautions and sterilize in between clients which can be time consuming ect.... however I had an appt booked on the hour, didn’t get into my chair until 20 after, then while the dentist and hygienist were working on my teeth, at one point I had 4 other people in the room with me.... HOW is that safe for me??? I am the one sitting in the chair unmasked and I have a bunch of staff popping in and out of my room throughout my whole appointment. Extremely disappointed. Will be ensuring I go for a covid test following my appt there. Also, sanitization of non dental instruments is done with a Lysol wipe (I’m sorry, but WHAT, can we not put a little more effort in there?) very disappointed with the lack of organization, When I arrived for my appt the note on the door says to call reception before entering, I call reception and get a voicemail? So I ended up just walking in. Terrible terrible set up.
