I don't know what is going on with this Taco Bell location. I've now been waiting over 20 mins for my take out order. This is no longer FAST food. Either you guys are skimping on labour OR your employees are under trained. But from what I can see its more like not enough labour. Its Saturday night and busy.......you guys need staff working.

This N.Oshawa restaurant is one of the WORST in all of the city. Not only can they NOT get your order right, but the staff is poorly trained, and can't even put together the basics properly. Last time I checked, NACHOS..should actually have meat and cheese sauce on it, and should at least look somewhat appetizing..and NOT like someone in the restaurant just threw up in my order. Nachos are inedible. I wouldnt feed them to my dog..If I had one. Do yourself a favor, skip this place..You're better off going to McDonald's!!
Very slow service but always pleasant employees and I love the food.
Last time I checked it’s not supposed to take you more then 30 minutes to get through a drive through at a fast food restaurant.... Not only did it take more then half my lunch break to just get my food, when I got it it was wrong. Nachos supreme is supposed to have MEAT and cheese. Not just cheese and tomatoes. Super disappointed and do not recommend this location. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, and recently every single order I’ve gotten had been wrong.
Literally the slowest Fast food place I've ever been to. Took half an hour to get a single burrito. I sat in the same spot in the drive through, in park, for fifteen minutes. Whatever you are doing, you're doing it wrong.
