Great big outdoor themed department store with lots to look at. Prices aren’t the best but the merchandise is good quality. They don’t carry cheap stuff. Good place to go to gear up for hiking or camping or canoeing or hunting etc. Lots of hunting and fishing gear upstairs. Easy to spend a few hours there if it’s your thing.

I was given several gift cards for Christmas so I could purchase a new sleeping bag. The purchasers of the gift cards were under the impression that I could order it online (both because of COVID and because I live an 1.25 hours from the store - so online with free shipping is a much better option). I does not say ANYWHERE on the card that it cannot be used for on-line purchases. After spending significant time researching what bag to get, I put it in my \shopping cart\ just to find out I can't use my gift card online!?!? If I call in an order, I'm not sure I can use it as, if you dig deep enough in their web site, it says they can only be used in store. And if I call in the order can I still get free shipping (and the 10% off code I signed up for) or do I have to do curb side pick-up :( a 3 hour drive in total!!! Please let me know what you can make happen here. I doubt this policy would go over well in the public if it was brought to the surface and people were made aware. This was the e-mail I sent to SAIL over 3 weeks ago. I have not received a response. Extremely poor customer service and store policies.
Had the best customer service with ordering online and doing curbside pick-up. Very helpful. The product I purchased was great too.
The store is massive with everything you could find for the outdoors. It is good to see all of the new contraptions for camping and they have a big selection of hiking boots and clothing. The thing is their prices. More expensive than MEC and Bass Pro shops. So wait for a 'sale' if you are looking for a deal.
