Hey Google can I give zero star? Because this company deserves it! One of my worst experience in Canada, and you can't even refuse such terrible service! The company refused to send the credit back to me, and the customer service rep was very rude, she was like \Why you care about this?\ - Why? Because you guys are going to give my money to a stranger! Update: Received a reply: \You are committing fraud by posing as a prior tenant at this location. Please stop contacting us regarding this.\ Fraud? A complaint has been filed to Ontario Energy Board. I'm not a rich or powerful ppl so most likely nothing will be changed but at least I can post here to let others know how disgusting this company is! THEY EAT YOUR MONEY AND YOU HAVE NO CHOICE

To all those using or not using the service of Priority Sub-metering Solutions, the below pictures could be your future of most of you, cheated and given your name to Collections.As I have posted the pictures which clearly shows that I was not living at 1650Dundas street, I just have posted 3 photos which clearly states my address. These guys have given my name to A-1 Collection agency, who calls me in 2018 to pay the bills. According to you guys if I was living at 1650 Dundas what were you guys doing for 1year. You guys were sleeping and woke up in 2018 to collect the money by sending my name to Collections thinking I will pay you guys to remove my name for collection. Don’t you have shame to frame people who never used your services. You guys should beg people instead of cheating others, that is a better way to earn if you can’t earn legally. Updating after the response from Priority Sub-metering, the number you gave has nothing to do according to the customer service, I have confirmed with Crediting agency and they have not received any response. Please find some more details and will upload more if you need. I have just posted two bills as samples while you have framed me for 12 months, I can post all those bills and my address for the whole year. Request you not to do this to any other Customer, we can make an online Charity account for funding your Business.

I had an issue with my account after the first month of moving into a new place. I called up Priority to fix the issue and spoke with Angela from the Canadian customer service- she was amazing! She was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Overall great customer service, my problem was fixed quickly, and I felt good about my interaction with the company. Thanks Angela!

This is my second review answer . Hello sir/madam I use to live this adress over 10 years and never pay this much. I already check there us no leak . You are theft company charging 4 times more than other companies. It is not possible for just 3 weeks water usage over 500 Canadian. The most worse company in the world. The most expensive . I was paying 120 for other companies and somehow landlord changes water to this worse water submetering company than I start paying 425 575 375 450 Canadian dollars. If you are looking to get this company stop stop stop .paying min 275 to this theft.

Never heard of this company, got a bill in the mail for water services (double the price of the company I did signed up with ).. Contacted company (on phone and thru email) asking about being signed up for services with out my knowledge or consent, Replies have been very rude and impolite. Some of the replies have been, ---We got your info from your landlord and signed you up (landlord has told me I should only receive a bill if I registered with them as they have not signed me up), ---It's Company Policy ----You can't refuse services from us When asked reasoning/justification (asked multiple time) about how I live in 1 province and they according to their website are charging me based on rates of another province, they have given no reply. when asked why they send me a bill when they have no contract with me and if they have a contract with someone they should be sending the bill to that person, they have given no reply..
