Been using people's for over 10 years now never had a problem loved there jewelry. Tried to buy myself a birthday present and had about the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy something it 100% has made me switch to another company screw peoples.
Long line up as capacity was limited due to Covid, but they did not rush us when it was finally our turn. They took great care of us and answered all of our questions
Veronica st People's is the best sales woman ever. Got my girlfriend's promise ring there, my promise ring, both of our wedding rings as well and she helped us every step of the way. She worked at another diamond store in the mall before and we were actually shopping there first and moved over to People's because she told us she was going to be working there. 7 months of shopping later we have gotten 4 rings and probably many more jewelry in the future. Go in and ask for Veronica and you won't be sorry! Edit** got the 0% interest for 12 months payment plan on my promise ring and Veronica put it out for a rushed order to be resized so I can hopefully pick it up soon. Got an extra discount for some reason, I know jewelery can be expensive but People's always seems to have pretty good sales. Go in, ask for Veronica, promise she will take care of you.
I love this store! Great prices and most of all GREAT PEOPLE!! I've never had any issues with returns exchanges sizing watch batteries etc. The employees here are knowledgeable warm and extremely helpful! Definitely a customer for life!!

Don't bother getting any engagement rings here unless you don't want to physically have it for over 2 months. After getting engaged we took my ring in to get sized. It had to be sized down over 2 sizes, but was assured that would be fine. The lady at the store took it and put a rush on it saying it would only be two weeks. Three weeks later, my fiance got a call saying that they couldn't size the ring so they had to send it out to another place to get sized. Apparently this took three weeks for them to figure this out. Anyway, I went into the store to pick up another ring I got sized, for them to tell me that my engagement ring actually can't be sized at all, that they have to special order a new one in my size. I asked them why they didn't do that from the very beginning and why is has taken 3 weeks for them to tell me this.. they had absolutely no answers for me. This was also extremely irritating because I had booked engagement photos the the following weekend because we were told it would only take 2 weeks. Because of this they let me take the too big ring home, BUT I also had to pay IN FULL for the ring needed to be special ordered. So for about a week my fiancé had 2 of the same ring purchased. Keep into account that my fiancé was no present at all during this and they allowed me to purchase a new ring without him there under his name. They also told me that the new ring would take 6-8 weeks to come in. Well 8 weeks go by and still no calls, but I decided to go into the store to see if it was in yet, and guess what, it was, but they didn't tell us. So I asked to pick it up and even after allowing me to order it and return the old one under his name and account, they wouldn't let me pick it up, because all of a sudden now "he needed to be the one to do it" an absolute crock of a place this is.
