Been on the phone now for 1 hour ... waiting to speak with someone about a non existant loan that showed up on my credit report. This bank is just Brutal .... All investors sell stock now this bank is going under.... you heard it here first... sell sell sell!!!!!......... zerio stars isnt an option

I can't get ahold of anyone at this bank. I want to pay off a loan I am the co signer on. I have been on hold for 45min so far. Do they have in person tellers during covid?
Dealing with this bank and its staff was just plain horrible. Took out a loan for a truck and even when the loan was paid in full, the money kept on coming out of my account. Impossible to get a hold of them and they kept on charging daily interest.

Need a large amount of cash back...the old lady said she cant do it I have to use the ATM machine on a daily basis till I reached amount needed..went to a different brunch and they did it for me...need more young energetic computer age staff.
Useless bank, useless employees and useless managers.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at this branch. I have called the branch manager and she doesn't have the decency to return my call and answer my question regarding my line of credit.
