Amazing service! Richard was phenomenal in helping us with our purchase. Everything was done timely and professionally! Truly enjoyed our experience and loved our product. It had to be shipped and Richard kept has apprised of every step. When it arrived he called us right away and was able to go above and beyond! So thrilled and so thankful! Just visited this store and could not have asked for a better experience. Even with all the COVID precautions we still felt welcomed. They’re diligently taking every precaution to keep their customers safe like cleaning all areas after the customer leaves, hand sanitizing when entering and exiting the store and ensuring everyone who is in there are maintaining the social distance guidelines. This store has gone the extra mile in keeping their shoppers safe and I truly can’t say it enough at how impressed I am not to mention how great their staff are! I am so proud to say I’m part of the Michael Hill family and highly recommend shopping at this location! Thanks Tracy, Nancy and Richard for all you’ve done!

Every brides worst nightmare, you look down at your diamond ring and there is a diamond missing..a main diamond. I went to Michael Hill frantically hoping that they would be able to help, and I have to say their response was amazing. With tears in my eyes, Richard and Jenny were able to calmly lay out my options, assuring me that I have lifetime diamond warranty for a reason. In the end, the diamond was unfortunately not replaceable on my original ring, which was also no longer available for purchase, however Richard was able to upgrade my ring and a matching new band at no cost to me. I would highly recommend dealing with Richard (store manager) and Jenny if you're ever visiting this location. Thank you both for all of your help, you turned a terrible situation into a positive one for me. Can't wait until my new rings arrive!

I’m shopping for my moms birthday. I’m a 20year old lady who is with my best friend we both finished work and are now in our comfortable clothes (track pants) . I walked in here this evening and waited patiently in line because the two ladies were helping one customer at the register. After 5 minutes, a couple walk in. Immediately one of the women stop what she is doing to ask the man if he needs any help. He replies “my wife does” the woman proceeds to help the woman who is standing BEHIND ME in line. No one noticed the appalled look on my face. I turned to the lady who is helping the wife “are you kidding me right now?” I ask. She doesn’t even acknowledge my existence. “Screw this place” I say obnoxiously to my friend. No one bats an eye. The prejudice is disgusting in these employees. The gentleman and Swarovski was much more helpful and kind. My mom won’t go here again either nor her husband nor any of our family or friends because of my experience today.

My fiance bought my ring here. The diamond was very good and without many imperfections but wasn't the right size so we sent it into the store to get it sized. The process took two weeks as they sent the ring to a third party to get sized. When we received the ring back it had all of these imperfections that were not there before. We spoke to the manager who just tried to up sell us another ring... I will not be back or recommending this place to anyone......
