Worst service ever. I purchased a map online. It was delivered to a home on the other side of the city. For days in a row I tried calling MapArt to see if I can get a new map delivered to my home. No response. The voicemail for almost a week said that they were closed the Tuesday prior for a holiday lunch. I went out of my way to pick up the map, as I had a Christmas party that weekend, and I was gifting the map. I asked for a refund, which would roughly equate to the cost of my Uber’s getting to the other side of the city. Does it not get rejected because they resent he map?! No thank you! I already went out of my way to pick it up. Next time provide better customer service so that I don’t need to go pick it up at a ladies house myself. The worst service I ever received. Now I have a second map that I don’t need. So annoyed!

.I have buying there books for years and can't find a proper book for Hamilton, Niagara, St Catharines Canadian Tire and Walmart have a very poor selection of mapart books...Thank goodness for GPS..I was very concerned on Saturday and realized that I had the purchased the wrong book from Canadian Tired that does not allow returns. Thank you MAPART for taking the time time to listen to my concerns....Thank you for sending me the St. Catharines books. Its amazing that Canadian Tire as a better supply of Potato chips than actual MapART books!!!
