Ordered the New Chicken Sandwich. Was super hyped to write a review and post a photo. If I was just rating the sandwich and staff, my raiting would be five star. Unfortunately the web site order lost a star. So first I will tell you about the awesome sandwich and will mention the staff corrected the order issue quickly and professionally and the manager is awesome. The Sandwich.: The chicken is awesome. The spice is just right, the chicken was juicy and yum, just wish it was a bigger piece. The spicy mayo is nice and creamy. The pickle cuts the tart and spice. Yummy. The bun was nothing special. The issue we had was the web site canceled the pickle and spicy mayo. I ordered delivery so just plain chicken on s bun came. I called in, sounds like a flaw in the web coding. They sent correct sandwiches and the replacements came quickly, so no big deal for me, but someone needs to check the code.

Chicken seems to be fried with old oil or fried multiple times. Staff members are friendly! If you order takeout using an app, they will give you a canned drink. Since it's half the portion of a fountain drink, I go to the Dollarama right beside for cheaper bottled drinks.
Ordered online still took them 50 min to get my order ready! Would have been faster to wait in line as I watched multiple orders get made before mine. I will NOT be back! Website said 15 min wait time LOL
They won't do phone orders and online orders take longer than waiting in line. Besides that I'd recommend the spicy plant based sandwich. I'd eat 2 a week!
This KFC is the best one around. Staff always friendly and food is good!
