Great service from Taylor and Dan at Journeys in Oshawa. Friendly and helpful staff! After learning that Dan is the store manager, I can completely understand why his team is so great!! He definitely sets a very positive vibe and engaging customer service experience!! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Dan was an amazing salesman! Who knew I would be able to fit into a kids shoe and still have room! I solely bought the shoes because of his amazing personality! Only to find out he was the manager as well! Thanks Dan for making my experience such a pleasant one! You rock!!

The sales associate was very friendly. Pretty good selection. Found a pair of hikers at a good price. 1 observation. I could only find on bench to try on the boots. Perhaps consider adding more.

Not a desirable shoe experience I had! 1. I walked in to buy a pair of shoes as a gift. The staff (a lady with short hair) was helpful finding me the right size and providing information about the store return policy in case there's a size issue. But towards the purchase I wanted to use a 10% off the purchase coupon (from signing up online; for purchases over 25) and the staff would not give it to me. She realized I had a screenshot of the coupon and she requested either the actual email or the printed copy of the coupon. When I asked what difference does a screenshot has from a printed copy, she said she will ask her manager and literally asked another employee to show me that she's asking her manager. I'm upset this whole situation because I was holding a coupon with literally had printed instructions for the cashier on how to redeem the offer and it did not require any specific way to present the coupon. 2. According to what I heard from one of the employees, the company returning procedure suck! I returned the same item due to size issue (3-4 days after the purchase) and they asked for my home address and phone number "in case something's wrong with the item". The company should NOT request personal information when a customer is returning an item unless there's a compromise in one of the return policy and that wasn't the case with me! If this is not how the company does its returns, I've been misinformed and you should take serious action towards it.

I love this store. Has everything my children want foot wear wise. The manager ( dont remember his name) is an awesome guy, with great customer service skills. Although today they didnt have what my son wanted. It was still the first store I went to, and will always be the first store i go to for foot wear.

Upon entering the store, one service rep stood at the cash just looking off into the distance, another wandered around but not really asking if anyone needed assistance. I finally approached him to see about a size, when I asked for a 39, the look of shock and bewilder came about him as he loudly exclaimed "39!! So like...a 6!?!?" your shoes are all labeled men's US sizes, women's US sizes and EU sizes, I think a "shoe salesperson" should know what it all means and not look at me like an alien when asking for a European size. While I tried on my shoes and waited to cash out, a long time, my friend was looking to purchase 2 pairs of shoes, no one ever helped her so she decided to just leave. While waiting to cash out I was bumped from the line not once but twice. I get they were busy and alledgedly short staffed and I was willing to wait my turn but when it was my turn I was twice pushed back behind another patron and I stood there to wait again. One staff was very apologetic for the misunderstanding, the a bit snarky as rude and I wasn't even talking to her but she felt the need to add her 2 cents. This was my first time in this location and I predict it'll be my last.
