Mike was knowledgeable and gave great advice on how we could make our home more energy efficient. His report was thorough and we appreciated that. As a first time home buyer, I found the recommendations Mike made very easy to understand and straight forward. Mike also pointed me to his website where he compiles the energy rebates available, and it was because of his website that I was able to find a better rebate for my window replacements. In total, we think we'll be able to qualify for four rebates- windows, furnace, hot water tank and air sealing. I also found it very helpful that Mike came on time and called when he was on his way.
