I do not recommend this store. I made an order, and when I received it in the mail, the wrong size was sent. I sent an email (Their preferred method of communication) and they didn't reply for about 3 weeks. When I called to get the issue resolved, they said they needed a manager to approve the return, so asked me to wait a day. After a week of not hearing back, I had to call them back and wait on hold for 25minutes. When I finally got a hold a hold of someone (In all fairness, she was very polite and friendly) I was told that when the fulfilled the order they didn't have the size I ordered. So they sent the same item in a different size, without consulting me. I was offered a store credit, but had to ship the item back, which would leave me a credit to a store that doesn't have the item I want. This is extremely frustrating. To summarize, they are very polite (The only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1) but are HORRIBLE for communication. I advise strongly against ordering anything from them online. I understand it's COVID so things are different, and online ordering is busy, however this is extremely frustrating.

During the times that I’ve ordered products from Heroes Outdoors and I’ve ordered quite a bit of product,I’ve Always been satisfied with the product and the professional service and the prompt delivery times even during these difficult times.I highly recommend this company for any of your AIRSOFT or sporting goods needs.I personally will be ordering again within a week or so because I cannot get the quality items that Hero outdoors has in their inventory anywhere else at the reasonable prices they have.Doug G.

The website is super easy to navigate but as far as I can tell so far their prices are actually kinda jacked compared to everywhere else. I Am told the item I originally bought wasn't even in stock so they would substitute. Looking into it now I see they actually kinda bait and switched on me. They're sending a lesser quality gun claiming it has higher price. Guessing I'll find out whenever it gets here whether or not the BBB is going to be getting involved right.

These guys are awesome.. and truly seemed to be concerned... Very nice people I had made an order,, when I received it..(Early) there was a manufacturer defect,, The next day.(Saturday) I sent them an e-mail.. they got back to me the same day.. We talked about my concerns,, and they replaced my order at no charge to me.. Not even shipping.... Got it three days later!! They really seem to care for customer satisfaction... If you want to feel comfortable about an on line order,, these are the guys !! I will be a repeat customer......

While waiting a few weeks for my order, I read some negative reviews about long shipping times and items not arriving. I had left a message through their website for an order update and did not receive a reply. I became a little skeptical. Then part of my order was fulfilled and arrived shortly after in just under a month. These are definitely tough times for small businesses, and I recommend people with doubts to hold their patients. I will be ordering more gear in the future and look forward to visiting the store in person. Thanks!
