Love this location so much! The staff are always so nice and so helpful. These days its hard to find good customer service, but the staff here are so great. They will go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for!

Since this store changed from corporate to franchised..it has been average...the staff are friendly...but not well versed in what they are selling..they should at least know that most of the ornaments are one time issue...I realize this since I collect..however others do not..just not as organized as before...and special giveaways are only at corporate stores

Love this location, as well as the Taunton location. They share a lot of the same staff who are incredibly friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. Sad to see many Hallmarks closing in the GTA over the last few years, but I really hope these two stick around!

This was my first visit to Hallmark in the Oshawa Centre. I went there specifically to buy an over-sized card that a large group of people can sign. I was successful but the selection is not as extensive as it used to be. The store was organized and clean. It appeared smaller than other Hallmark stores I've been in. The customer service was very helpful even though they looked like they were all busy.
