My family have been dealing with Durham kubota for about 5 years, great service and fast turnaround when you need maintenance. Bryan is awesome and rest of the staff are friendly. Also offer house calls when running into problems with are machine at home. Would highly recommend

Came to buy a Stihl kombi powerhead and trimmer. First thing wasn’t able to go inside which wasn’t really under their control due to covid. Had to do the order over the phone I was looking to get info and purchase the mentioned products. I selected what I had wanted and as we were running through the purchase the guy said that I won’t be able to use a lot of the other attachments, luckily I stayed with what I wanted as when I got home I read the manual to see that only ONE attachment needed a more powerful powerhead. Seemed like a very unprofessional sales tactic of trying to get me to spend more money, that or this person didn’t really know the product they were selling. I would have been extremely upset if I had gone bigger and not needed it. Not a very good first time buyers experience from your business and that has nothing to do with the covid restriction of not being aloud inside.

Maybe this is just a one off, but I've had a pretty horrible time dealing with Durham Kubota for the last two weeks. Not answering phone calls, not returning phone calls, not returning email inquiries about maintenance on our Kubota machine or attachments. Still waiting on confirmation for two orders we placed over a week ago. I've had some seemingly questionable advice from the service department telling me to service my machine every 40 hours, we also got a quote to change the hydraulic oil, engine oil, respective filters and air filter at a little over 2,000? 2,000 for oil change...? I went ahead and downloaded the owners manual online as our machine was purchased second hand and ordered the required filters and oils at a total cost of 250 AFTER taxes. Not sure what the deal is here, but so far, thoroughly not impressed. I'll be taking our machine to a John Deere dealer that will respond to inquiries and service it for a way more reasonable price from now on. So far it's been 11 days since I had a response to my email about a quote for several attachments for our machine, still nothing. I did receive a phone call 4 days after leaving a message with the receptionist (After trying to reach them on several occasions prior and leaving messages) just to have the person on the other end tell me that he can't answer my questions and will, you guessed it, have to call me back. That was a week ago, still no word. May be reasonable to say that COVID-19 certainly isn't making things easy for these guys, but being in the business of customer service and construction, I can also appreciate that there are definitely ways to combat these trying times. I'm hopeful my experience is an isolated one, and will eventually get resolved. Maybe I'm just unlucky.

Went there to look at a used until and it wasn't suitable for what I needed. Mike did his best to work out something that would work for me both financially and to complete the tasks needed. Because of the service I would definitely recommend them!
