Very good dealership. Their customer service is top notch. Bradley, the Sales Rep was fantastic! Factory ordered a car but could not pick it up earlier and was only able to complete the deal after 1.5 months. The dealership kept the car for me without any extra charges.

I have purchased three vehicles in the past from this location. The sales staff are really good. My wife went in on her own and was treated with respect and without condescension. Their service center is also efficient. They contact us for regular oil changes, follow up to confirm dates and times and also tend to any recall work that needs to be done. They don’t reset all my radio presets and they don’t change the position of the seat either. I’ve also visit this location during a COVID lock down and found them to be very diligent on following the guidelines for sanitizing, social distancing and limiting contact. They even went as far as sanitizing my keys as I passed them under the plastic guard at the counter.

A lot of people think dealing with a big car dealership is or may be a lot of a hassle and more money from your bank. I am here to tell you that Durham Kia is an exception when it comes to this type of thinking. Why? I bought a car from them a year ago as a new customer and my experience was great. The sales guy Jose and manager Dave went above and beyond giving me options which were all great to choose from. And this week I decided to buy another car from them and the two gentlemen were there again and it was a very smooth transaction all the way. Very professional! You might have been disappointed by other car dealerships, this is the time to try Durham Kia. Peace and love!
