I recently attended Clearbrook dental, and I am very upset with my experience. My family and I will be switching dental offices and I suggest all other clients do the same. My appointment was at 12:30 and I finished at 1:10. On my bill I got charged for 2.5 units of scaling, ½ unit of polishing, recall exam and diagnosis, and radiographs. After talking to my family about the charges, my aunt who is hygienist was shocked that I got charged for 2.5 units of scaling, which is equivalent to 45 minutes (1 unit 15mins). Clearbrook dental is dishonest as they charged me for 45 minutes of scaling even though I was only there for 40 minutes total, and in that time I also had polishing, measurements, exam by dentist as well as radiographs. I contacted their office and expressed my concerns, which in return they stated their times are correct and that I came in 10 minutes early, again untruthful as I have proof on when I called the office to let me in. In the end I did not receive any money back. Also, another thing to be aware of is that the receptionist was wearing her face mask under her nose, that really makes me wonder what other COVID-19 guidelines they are not following. This dental office disgusts me, I do not understand how they can do this to people, especially to students who are struggling during times of COVID-19.

I've been coming here for the past 5 years after struggling to find a dentist who could do fillings that didn't fall out! Finally found an AMAZING dentist in Dr. Ordog and her staff is awesome too. Love my dentist and won't go anywhere else! Thank you Clearbrook Dental!
