I have been trying to get in contact with a doctor for over 3 weeks now to start hormone therapy. The lady who helped me at first, Julie, was very lovely and accommodating until she started to ignore my emails. I was told that I would receive a call more than a week ago from the Oshawa manager Sabrina to book an appointment. I have not received any calls to book my appointment with this doctor, nor have I received any emails from anybody at the clinic about why I am being ignored. I definitely will never consider or recommend this clinic.

I've been going to Carea for about a year for therapy. I love my therapist won't mention her name due to privacy, but I love her approach and care. I feel refreshed and mentally more aware of my feelings everytime I go. I appreciate this place it has really helped with me and my mental health. I've been to many other places but it was never the approach I needed. This place truly does help and I'm forever grateful for the help I have received here thanks to the staff thanks to my therapist.

If blood was pouring out of my ears I wouldn’t step foot in this place again. They seem to have a new set of staff each time I go and no one knows who i am anymore or how to give me the care I need. Used to be a great place - don’t know what happened. My new health center is the lcbo up the street......good riddance!

I see from the reviews that Carea is suggesting Alexis (another reviewer) speak with a Clinical Manager to discuss her comments about staff turnover. Huh?? I used to be a client here until recently. I had a lot of problems with an employee and I asked to speak with a manager. Guess what? I was directed to THREE DIFFERENT MANAGERS. They were either unavailable or no longer working there whenever I tried following up! So...why would someone speak to a manager to talk about high staff turnover? Who is running this place, anyway? I couldn’t believe how I was treated. I been coming to this place for years...no more.

The staff who actually work there are amazing and do good work. The problem is that staff don't seem to stay for very long or they are moved to another site. My medical provider keeps changing, my counselor switched once. I think this is the 4th or 5th time (honestly I have lost track) that I have received a phone call telling me that I will be switching providers. How do you expect clients to receive good and consistent care? Why can't you guys keep staff? Happy staff means happy clients.
