I have been having excellent curbside pick up experiences here thanks to a staff member named Haileigh. Whenever I place an order, I get a call about 5 to 10 minutes later saying it is ready! So fast! She's always super polite and friendly on the phone, I'm now starting to recognize who it is on the line! But what has me taking the time to write today, is that when I got home I saw the sweetest little gesture on my bag of soap. So kind and totally warmed my heart when the world can often feel cold these days. Thanks Haileigh!

The online ordering system is so bad it almost feels as it is meant to dissuade us from using it. Not helpful at all during these trying times. Thanks for nothing Bulk Barn. I'll get my stuff at stores that have it figured out properly. I would use them consistently if they had a proper website....sure I'm not the only one that has to go somewhere else.
This location is GREAT! Friendly & helpful staff, very clean, organized, and laid out.

Let me start by saying I have visited a lot and reviewed a lot of Bulk Barn store Pre Co-Vid and during Co-Vid. It is one of my favourite stores. They have great Co-Vid protocols. The experience here today was not. Came in to but my favourite licorice. Heading up to the cash a customer walks in and asks the staff person where something is. Both have their masks down below their face. I either stared or glared ( hard to do with a mask on) at the customer and she finally raised her mask. The staff member did not and still did not raise her mask, when she served me. I'm also in retail, I get it, If there is no one in the store lower your mask if you have to but a customer come's in, raise it immediately. I was so disappointed. I will never return to this store. I hope Bulk Barn management sees this review, if not I will contact head office. Disappointing
Found that selection was poor, not as much to choose from. Worker was rude, I will not go back to this exact store.
Always nice to going here for my epic spice hauls. The employees are helpful, cheerful and willing to help.
