Has 5 stars for a reason. Rick makes you feel like family there..... New to warhammer I am happy I visited this store. I would not have hopped into hobby without help of Rick Update. Went back next day for primer. He did not have any in stock so he opened up a packaged model for me just so I can have a primer. I had to update my review. If that isn't customer service I don't know what is..... thanks again rick.

Very friendly and helpful. Everyone had masks on properly, which is big for me right now.
This shop may be small, but it is definitely not lacking. The staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic about what they do. While their limited square footage might not allow for excessive stock, they are happy to order in whatever you are looking for with a quick turnaround time. Bye bye Amazon, I have a new favourite DnD hookup, one who won't treat their employees like disposable inventory robots. My first visit will most certainly not be my last, I look forward to more interesting conversations about kobolds and a community-centric approach to customer service. Keep on keeping on my dudes!
