My experience here was amazing. I was hesitant at first, as the price was too high and the appointment times didn't work with my schedule at all. After talking it over, the staff made arrangements to ensure I was able to get proper time slots. In the middle of this appointment I moved to Ottawa, and I've been driving back to Mississauga every 5-6 weeks just for my appointment, but the staff was always understanding if I arrived too early or too late, they made accommodations. The staff is extremely friendly, they're almost like family. The doctor is also super friendly, but he is very strict when it comes to following proper procedures. He will lecture you if you're doing anything wrong. Originally, I was only supposed to have braces for 2 years, but it did end up becoming 3.5 years. Even after I made all the payments, the doctor and the staff took their time to make sure my teeth were perfect. They didn't try rushing it, they were patient making sure they didn't move my teeth too fast or give up because of the slow progress. I removed my braces finally, and I love the results. I really love the part where they didn't try to shave any part of my teeth away. They simply moved it. Overall, I loved visiting this orthodontist, I didn't mind waking up at 7am on a Saturday to drive 4 hours just to see them.

I have known Dr. Bhalla for the past 10 years and he has truly blessed my teeth with a miracle. I used to hate my smile and I didn't think anyone could ever fix it but Dr. Bhalla proved me wrong. I am super confident with my teeth now and its all thanks to Dr. Bhalla and his terrific team. Both my sister and I got our treatment done from him and we had the most amazing experience. His staff is so welcoming and they make you feel super appreciated whenever you go in for an appointment. Dr. Bhalla is the best orthodontist in the game!

I have gone to this orthodontist for several years and not once have I received good customer service and left with a good experience. In my six years of going to this orthodontist Ive only come across one staff member that has treated me with any dignity and respect. The receptionist is quite rude when doing bookings or calling in about appointments. Not to mention the wait is usually quite long and the place gets crowded relatively quickly. The main issue I have had with the service here is the lack of good patient care. When you enter the office you are no longer treated like a patient but rather a burden. When I first got my fixed retainer I had spoken about getting a fixed retainer on my top teeth aswell. I had asked a simple question regarding my care and was spoken to condescendingly and in a sarcastic tone. The response was simply we don't do that here. After his rude demeanour I didn't ask any questions. The doctor is not proactive with his care at all. I was not given other answers to my question such as if I could get a fixed top retainer installed somewhere else or of my teeth would support it at all. On top of all of this he never spoke to me (the patient) about anything regarding my care and instead spoke to my parents as if I wasn't the one receiving the care. If you're at all young or a teenager he makes you feel small and incompetent. Lastly when my fixed retainer (on my bottom teeth) was first installed it came out very easily within the next couple of days. It was poorly installed and was glued in about four places. When my retainer was undone I was told that each portion or tooth that would be glued would be 50. On top of the 5 grand that was initially spent on the procedure. I am very unsatisfied with my experience and I would highly advise to do your research when choosing to get an orthodontist. Dr. Bhalla is rude, cheap and does not care about his patients in the slightest.

I came into Dr.Bhalla's office extremely anxious and scared about the fact that I'd have to get braces a few years ago, I could have not been more wrong about that feeling. Dr.Bhalla runs an exceptional service with utmost professionalism and kindness, the staff over the few years has been nothing but kind to me. Having gotten my braces off since then, I am pleased to say I strongly recommend this place. They will work endlessly to ensure you end up with a beautiful smile, in a safe and efficient manner. Best Orthodontist around!

I am a dental student, and I’ve been coming to Dr. Bhalla since I was 13 years old. I have many family and friends that have gotten their treatment here. Dr. Bhalla and the whole staff are absolutely amazing, they make you feel so welcome. The work is absolutely amazing, and I am so happy with my smile. The clinic runs extremely efficiently, I never have to wait long. He is a very honest doctor, very professional and straightforward. The staff is also very competent. My sister had a really difficult case and her smile is perfect now. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a beautiful smile. Dr. Bhalla is the best orthodontist!
