If I could could give a smaller score I would give. Minus 999 don’t by a trailer here there warrant is junk if you buy a trailer here you go to the bottom of the line for warranty new sales take priority. Bought my trailer at the last show in Toronto everyone was so nice then had a problem with slide out brought it in for warranty was told when I pick it up you must just push it in and out eventually it will line up. Lost two weeks of camping to date and just had to cancel thanksgiving weekend because my trailer was put to the rear due to new sales I will also have to cancel the final weekend of October in Arrowhead Provençal park

My husband and I purchased our first trailer through Heidi’s late this spring. Our salesperson was Bill. It was a very busy Saturday, and Bill was clearly helping us at the same time as other customers. That being said, he was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Carol and Sonya were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the paperwork and financing. They answered all of our questions. On the day we went to pick up our trailer, we met Ian- a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. He helped us hook our trailer up to the truck and walked through a few of the “bells and whistles” with us. (Again answering our many questions). We have not used our free stay yet, but look forward to seeing what Heidi’s Campground has to offer. We are so happy with our new purchase and we’re very pleased with the service we received from everyone at Heidi’s, especially during these strange times. We highly recommend Heidi’s for anyone looking to purchase a trailer.

All things considered with covid Heidi's had all the procedures in place. They opened the trailers I wanted to see as it was snowy and the wind was blowing. Didn't rush you to make a decision and when the decision to buy came very friendly and professional.
