Lovely specialty knitting store with unique yarns that cannot be found anywhere else in the city. The owner was helpful and answered all our questions.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The owner was a woman who told us that if we buy the yarn we would get a pattern for a blanket for free, and I told her I wanted the pattern but I would make a sweater with it. And when we went to pay, she didn’t want to give me the pattern and started being extremely rude and disrespectful and rolling her eyes at us! I’ve never seen anything like this! If she didn’t want to give us the pattern, why say anything in the first place. There are plenty of other yarn places in Ottawa. I’d rather drive one hour to get yarn from a good place than drive two minutes and go to this place. Customer service was too cheap for my liking.
