Very recommended place. The best service from the reception up to the last minute of the visit. I've had several appointments for mammogram & ultrasound, and I was amazed by highly professional services, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick and easy appointments.

I was there for immigration medical exam . My appointment was at 9 and I was sent at 11.10 . And I saw they sent the people who booked for 10 before me because they were single and I was with my husband. They excuse was that today 2 families with kids came and they wasnt scheduled and thats why it took long . It seems more than 2 groups of medical service peovider are working there together. Its a melting pot there. First when you arrive receptionists ask you if you are comming for imigration processes and they'll send you out to sit out side which is so rude and racist. I attached the photo . People should wait in coffee shop area. we waited for an hour and when we fallowed up with the receptionist abd said that we have to get back to work and just tell us how much more we should wait to be able to reschedule our meetings, she was so rud and said just go out and wait and we dont deal with the immigration processes directly and you should wait outside. There is nothing I can do for you . Long story short, it was aweful . Don't go there ! Waste of time .
I highly recommend this place to anyone! I needed my medical examination for permanent residency application and found them from the government website. Comparing to other medical office, I reached them very easily and booked my appointment right away. All the staff were very polite and friendly. Process was very fast! - I was there at 9:30 and out at 10: 15. Dr. Zazzera was very friendly and took his time to answer my questions and explain everything that I needed to know. It was a great experience. Strongly recommend it.
Technicians were super competent, friendly and professional. They have great \bed-side\ manners and handle the client very well. They are an asset to the organization. Can't say that about the clerical staff. Miss-know-it-all attitude who don't know anything about anything when asked questions, and needed to be corrected by the technicians for the appointments to move forward. Might be a training issue and what money can buy. So, get passed the clerks and the experience is excellent. In my opinion.
Reading the negative reviews was very surprising .. Need our medical examinations for permanent residency application and called them out of the blue .. Contrary to many reviews i reached them very easily, they were very polite ... And they were great when we went there with two small kids.. didn't wait, they took us on time .. they were very considerate, we felt like we were with our friends ... İt was a great experience.. the doctor even took his time to answer the kids question's ... İ can and will strongly recommend it ..
