3 weeks ago I traded my 2016 Mazda 3 in for a 2021 Mazda 3 and what an excellent car buying experience, I couldn't be happier! After going around to other car dealerships and dealing with nonsense car sales people and potential scams I didn't know what to expect when I walked into Performance Mazda. But I was surprisingly delighted, it was so refreshing meeting Angela. She really made the difference on the whole car buying experience, it was actually a pleasure! Thank you again for answering all of my very technical questions and concerns. To me the biggest thing that sets Performance Mazda above everyone else is their honesty and they treat customers like a person not just a sales number. Thank you Angela and team for such a great car buying experience, I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family!

Thank you so much ANGIE for the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I have never met a Sales Associate as knowledgeable and friendly as she was. Not only was she able to answer all of my questions but she was also very patient and professional throughout the entire process and I could not be more satisfied with my car buying experience. My mazda 3 had a recall on the driver's seat and I really thought it would be a pain to get it serviced. I have never experienced such great service as Performance Mazda provided! they picked me up, drove me to my rental, and fixed the issue in a matter of days! It was such an easy process and staff were super friendly!
Working with Angie was great--it was a friendly, relaxed experience. As my wife pointed out, Angie actually looked her in the eye and spoke to her, which doesn't always happen in car sales. Thanks again!
Great dealership with friendly service! I bought a used 2015 Mazda 3 here about a month ago. It seemed a lot more professional than other dealers I went to and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Angela helped me get the best price for my trade in and helped me find the right car. Amanda also was very helpful getting me in my new ride and answering any questions that I had. Only thing I regret is paying 400 for the \Global Nitrogen Program\. It seems like a money grab, and after a quick google search, it is. Also, my 2015 didn't come equipped with XM radio. Which is very surprising with the tablet infotainment system built in the car. My old 2010 had it built in with barely any screen at all. **Edit: Do NOT buy the \Lifetime Nitrogen Program.\ It is only good for the life of the tires that the vehicle was sold to you on. It cost me 388 and they will not fix a nail in my tire since it is in a different tire that did not come with the vehicle. Those used tires that came with the vehicle weren't even worth 388. Such a rip off. Changing my review to 2 stars for this.
