I called Pathway Hyundai in Orleans On to speak to a sales rep. I got transferred to Crystal Tompa who was very pleasant, who took time to help me right of way. I had requested to see 2 cars for me to try & she made arrangements for them to be ready for me for my appointment. Not only both cars were ready for us on time but Crystal really knew her stuff as I am a car buff myself. I was really impressed with her knowledge, patience, sales ability & personality. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a Hyundai to give Crystal a call at Pathway Hyundai you won’t be disappointed.

Not impressed whatsoever with the service. Oil change and tire change from snow to summer with rims still no call after 6 hours when it will be ready to pick up. Oh yes and the upsell upsell before it was according to mileage now its months. Because of the Pandemic people are not using their vehicles. When I had my Impala maintenance was based on mileage and not by months. After the warranty is over here I think I'll be going back to GM.
