Found the whole process excellent. Called ,a nurse called back ,and did an assessment over phone. Stated a doctor would call me back. Received the cal in approx. 1 hour. Doctor requested I come to the clinic . Arrived was escorted to a waiting room to see doctor. After 20 minutes saw the doctor who requested a ultra sound on a urgent basis. Everyone very professional

Completely useless. I went in with a terrible shoulder dislocation and was barely examined, told to go home and take Tylenol for pain..wasn't even told about or offered an arm-sling (basic for shoulder injury!!). After wasting my time there I went to the General ER and was immediately told I needed x-rayultrasound to rule out surgery...got a referral for physio, a referral to an additional ortho specialist. AND I was given proper pain meds...there's simply no way the doctor at Orleans Urgent Care did even a bit of their job in my case. And I rarely review things but the care I got was so infuriatingly lacking. Please do better for others.

Took my wife who had been experiencing dizziness for more than 48 hours/unable to walk. Service was quick, polite, and professional. Dr. Stewart was reassuring and helpful. noticed the negative reviews but our visit was positive

I have been here TWICE during COVID. They are wonderful at this clinic. The two female doctors I had were lovely and friendly and took care of my needs promptly. Both visits I was in and out within an hour. They have great procedures in place to protect staff and patients. Thank you to all the staff at Orleans Urgent Care Clinic and Pharmacy.

I have actually been here about 10 times, for myself and for family members. And they have always been positive experiences. You are treated like a person, not a number. Everyone (and I have interacted now with lots of nurses and doctors) is kind, professional, and the place feels like it has real heart.
