At this difficult juncture in our lives Heritage Funeral Complex stood out because they were supportive and did everything they could to make the funeral process as easy as possible for us. Even in our grief we could appreciate their support before, during, and especially after the funeral. They were always there if we had any questions or required anything during the funeral – quietly watching us from the back for a cue if they were needed. They made sure the process of holding a funeral, especially during COVID, easy and stress free. The after support continues and they are happy to answer any questions we have – especially when these things can be so stressful and time consuming. Our family can’t thank you enough for all that you did and have done for us.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is never easy and I've never had to manage the arrangements for anyone before. Thankfully my first experience was with Heritage and the staff made the entire process very smooth and as pain free as can be expected. Earlier this year we had a funeral for my oldest sister at Heritage. It’s very seldom I take the time to write a review but the gang over at Heritage definitely deserve one. Unfortunately, the name of the individual escapes me, who sat down to go over all the details with us. What I do remember though, never once was there any pressure tactics, quite the opposite, as he suggested ways of reducing costs and not spending money needlessly. Every detail was looked after with compassion and empathy. I could not give Heritage a higher recommendation!! Thanks again. Kevin Richardson
