I am a first time hot tub buyer who initially thought about buying a Beachcomber hot tub through Costco. However, after going in to see Andre at Beachcomber Orleans, it was immediately clear to me how beneficial it would be to buy from a dealer, and from Andre in particular. There were several factors I hadn't even considered that I only realized once in the store, looking at the hot tubs, talking with Andre, sitting in the empty tubs, figuring out how big a tub I needed, and then beginning to imagine where it would go in my back yard. There are some very important decisions to make before the tub arrives, including preparing of the ground (as hot tubs are very heavy will full of water), direction and placement of the tub relative to the features of your yard, and how to place your tub to maintain access to the motor for servicing down the road. Andre and his team guide you through all this, and you won't get any of that at Costco. Also of note, Costco only sells the base LEEP models, and not the more energy-efficient HYBRID models. A big selling point for me at Beachcomber Orleans was how much quieter the HYBRID models with a hush pump were, and I only realized that in the store, as there are working tubs set up on display. For me, a more silent tub was definitely worth the slightly higher price. I am also finding it a huge relief to know that I can call up Andre and his team at any time to ask questions, as I navigate the maintenance for my hot tub for the first time. A hot tub is not a \set it and forget it\ investment, and for it to work well and last a long time, there is a lot to learn. I am very glad to have this ongoing relationship with my hot tub dealer. Good customer service is a rare thing these days, and Andre and his team are a rare breed; friendly, patient, and there to support you even after you have made the purchase. Thanks guys!

Back in the Fall, my wife and I were on the hunt for a round hot tub and eventually found out that Beachcombers had exactly what we were searching for. I had sent an email inquiry about that specific model and to our delight, Adam replied very promptly that they actually had the unit we wanted in stock. It was meant to be he said! Of course a day later, my wife and I came by to visit Adam and closed on the deal. Andre helped us out with initial start up on delivery date and everything was smooth sailing from there. We are very happy with our hot tub and look forward to many years of enjoyment thanks to Adam and Andre, 5 stars and 100% on our experience!
Like half of Canada, we decided to buy a hot tub during the 'Rona. We did a lot of research before going with Beachcomber Orleans and we're happy we did. We originally went in to purchase a smaller model, but we first asked Adam if they had any other models available. Downstairs, we found a 380 model that fit all our needs. Adam never tried to upsell us and was super helpful with all our rookie questions. After purchase, we were kept in the loop about delivery times and when there was a shortage of skimmers at the factory out in BC, André sent out emails, and even made a video to explain the situation. Impressive. Even with the delay, we were able to get our tub just before Christmas with a 630pm last minute delivery. Andre and his team have been super responsive and make it pretty apparent that they want to help and enjoy seeing their customers happy. Looking forward to working with them for years to come!
I’m a new hot tub owner that purchased a hot tub from another dealer and decided to get my water tested at Beachcomber Hot Tubs Orleans. Outstanding service from Andre. He took an hour of this time to walk me through balancing my water. He gave me some documents to bring home for future references. He is fully bilingual (French/English) and very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. From now on Beachcomber Hot Tubs Orleans will get my business and I would highly recommend this location.
Fantastic experience with my first Hot Tub purchase from André and Adam. Due to Covid, the manufacturing was delayed but the team kept us updated and we got it just in time for the fall. They have been so supportive and helpful through email, phone and best of all, in-person. It's true, the first week is very confusing but thanks to the video André made and Adam's in-person feedback (he went over our hot tub ins and outs for me in the showroom to ease my stress), all is good now. Great product, great team and feeling very well supported. I am also glad we bought in-store versus online via costco (which we contemplated). First of all, we got the right hot tub for us and right additions. Second, I don't think I would have felt as comfortable without that direct store connection. Thanks team and here's to many years of enjoying our purchase with your help,.
