Not recommended at all! I had Allstate insurance for a year and my agent was Neil Hoch. He increased my monthly premium without notifying us and once I wanted to cancel my policy, he insisted on not replying & delaying the process so I get in stuck with the policy with a cancelation fees. Extremely disappointed by the service I got from Allstate and Neil Hoch.

Unorganized and rude. I'm sure not all the staff is like that but both my bf and I called at different times today and two different people were rude on the phone. I suggest you hire better staff or you will lose a lot of business.

I was extremely impressed overall by how professional and hard working Sherif and team was. If you have a great driving record, and drive well, you can you use the AllState DriveWise mobile assessment app to get a permanent safe driving discount easily from 15-18% to frequently as high 20-25, and even 28-29%. I shopped both on many of the best online insurance comparison websites for both home and auto insurance, and called over 20 companies/brokers to compare rates. I got the very best rates with AllState and was not surprised. Sherif and team will work to get you the best plan. I was also a very experienced defensive driver having driven hundreds of thousands of miles across many dangerous roads conditions, night and day, in both urban and rural environments in all of North America for corporate work. The AllState DriveWise taught me (and the whole family) to drive safely in a whole new way: about how to drive even more safely to prevent harsh braking, to improve distance with the cars in front of me, to accelerate/decelerate in busy traffic with less risk, to schedule errands/shopping during the weekends, etc. I was very surprised at the end of how much better a driver I became, and thus significantly reducing the risk of potentially having an at-fault accident accident in the future. I highly recommend that you get a quote and consider getting your insurance from Sherif, AllState Innes Orleans. 10/10. Had nothing but good experiences so far with All State....they sent me a cheque recently as I guess they realize I won't be driving as much do to Covid...called in to add Home Insurance and now I'm paying for both Home & Auto but it's a great price....Anna was a great help and provided fantastic customer service.
