Ride With Rory

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! They were able to accomodate my concerns (fixing disc brake and changing tires) after a miss communication when I bought my road bike. Amazing customer service. Cant wait to go back for a tune up and pick up the the shifter cover when its available.

Having now bought two Cannondale bikes from these guys I can hands down say they are my favourite shop. Jacob and Tristan are immensely knowledgeable, friendly, and don’t use high pressure sales at all. I’ve had my race bike serviced here and it’s always come back perfectly. I would like to give a big shout out and thank you to @thecrankandsprocketbicycleco. I recently purchased my new #gtgrade gravel bike with them. It was a fantastic experience. From Facebook msg, emails, and phone calls I was always greeted by someone willing to help and answer my questions. Not only did they provide me with options around my budget, they ordered in my bike and assembled it the day it arrived. The no contact purchase made me feel very comfortable. A bonus bottle cage and my choice of water bottle colour (I picked pink) was much appreciated! I would highly recommend the shop and crew! Thank you again as I absolutely love my new bike
