The staff at this branch are always willing to help in both personal banking and business. I always feel welcome. They have helped me on a number of occasions over the years. Is the best bank I have ever dealt with the staff goes out of there way to help. There hours are great and the down to earth atmosphere is refreshing in these times of people rushing and never having the time smile and notice the hood things around them. them.
Way too many fees! And they treat the business accounts much different then the personal accounts when it comes to their fees and nsf's. Businesses are trying to get ahead just as much as the individual person, maybe you can cut them a little bit of slack once in a while as well.
This used to be the best bank in town. Now it's the worst. The entire TD phone help line, head office, customer service there also gone down? Refinincing my home somewhere else.
I have never been treated so badly in a td bank as this one. I have bills to pay and i am a commercial truck driver. We are exempt from the 2 week isolation.. And i was told to bad and we will not serve you. I have to wonder what the government of canada is going to say when i contact them. And tell them what these people said..
