We are a member-based, voluntary, non-profit organization developed to honour, empower and support social service work students and graduates throughout Ontario. Unlike the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, we are not a regulatory body. Our goal is to truly support social service workers and students in their pursuit towards social justice by offering comprehensive resources and establishing a unified voice. More specifically, we offer our members: -Access to our resource hub that includes information on: employment opportunities, volunteer opportunities, workshops, conferences and other events, legislation changes, news updates that affect the SSW field and ---- -Advocacy initiatives throughout Ontario -A quarterly newsletter -Free entrance to our annual conference -Discount opportunities -Support in the field -Professional networking opportunities -A unified provincial voice
